Similarly I was in the bathroom last night when I heard a might crash:
"Something happened." said the small voice.
"Are you okay?" I asked.
"Yes." answered the small voice.
Later, the owner of the small voice admitted that he had been climbing the crates of vitamin water and knocked them over, and hurt his foot, but in the moment, "something happened", as if that explains everything.

I remember taking like 2 second showers. Oh the joys of hardly getting a bath in. lol
